FURTHER NOTE:

1. For assignments which are out of jurisdiction of Mumbai, your organization shall pay travelling, stay, fooding, etc. expenses (on actual basis) and separate charges for local Advocate (if needed to be appointed).

2. In the event your organization desires to engage an independent arguing counsel for any of the matters as per the need, their fees shall be separately payable and the said fees shall be informed in advance to you.

3. Further, the aforementioned charges are exclusive of whatsoever expenses incurred on account of outstation travel (shall mean any place outside of Jurisdiction of Mumbai, Thane and Navi Mumbai), Expenses of boarding, lodging, printing and stationery and the same shall be charged in accordance with and a separate invoice shall be furnished appropriately. Any further expenses in support to matters the invoices shall be produced accordingly.

4. The aforementioned rates and charges shall be valid until 1(One) year from the date of the proposal, after the expiry of which the same shall be subject to review and revision.
